How quickly can you come?

In most cases, same-day or next-day. If you text or DM us early in the day, we can usually have a crew at your place by the end of the day. Booking a day or two ahead guarantees the time slot you want.
Is the quote the final price?

Quotes by text or DM are based on the photos and info you send. Final pricing is confirmed by on-site assessment — we'll show you the price before we lift anything. Base prices include disposal and recycling. Access fees for stairs, elevators, or long carries are quoted on-site if they apply.
What can't you take?

We can't legally haul hazardous waste — paint thinners, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks, or biological waste. For everything else, just send us a photo and we'll let you know.
Do I need to move stuff to the curb?

Nope. Our pricing includes us going wherever the item is — basement, second floor, backyard, attic, garage. We bring dollies, straps, and crew to move it. You just point.
Do you do demolition too?

Yes. We handle interior tear-outs, shed and garage demolition, deck removal, and full site cleanup after the demo is done. One crew, one price, one site cleared.
What happens to the junk after pickup?

We strive to recycle and donate whenever possible. Usable furniture and household items may be donated when appropriate. Metal is taken to recycling facilities, electronics go to certified e-waste recyclers, and only materials that cannot be recycled or donated are disposed of at approved transfer stations or landfills.
How do I pay?

E-transfer, debit, credit card, or cash — whatever's easiest for you. Payment is after the job is done and you're satisfied.
